Between 30 & 240 — the debut release of the new project created by Vadim Rumyantsev, a musician from Moscow. Room V was commenced to create a more active and rhythmic experimental electronics along with drone-ambient and field recordings. The artist currently has two full-length albums released under his own name on the label ΠΑΝΘΕΟΝ. Vadim Rumyantsev is the author of an online drone-synthesizer and of a large number of the recordings published on the internet under the pseudonym "vr", they were made in the various styles of experimental music and were not combined in any releases, but were regularly appearing on the web during the last 15 years of the artist's creative work.

Room V начал своё существование для создания более активной и ритмичной экспериментальной электроники вкупе с дроун-эмбиентом и полевыми записями. К настоящему моменту у артиста под собственным именем выпущено два полноформатных альбома на лейбле ΠΑΝΘΕΟΝ. Вадим Румянцев является автором онлайн дроун-синтезатора и большого количества опубликованых в интернете записей под псевдонимом vr в различных стилях экспериментальной музыки, не объединённых в релизы и с регулярностью появлявшихся за 15 лет творческой деятельности.
